Clients attend full-day sessions five days a week, engaging in therapeutic activities, group therapy, and individual counseling. PHP is ideal for those transitioning from inpatient rehab or needing a high level of support while living at home or in sober living.
2. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers flexible yet structured care, typically three to five days a week. IOP allows clients to participate in therapy sessions while maintaining work, school, or family responsibilities. It focuses on relapse prevention, emotional regulation, and life skills development.
